Client and our design meet and discuss the client’s requirements, their lifestyle and family structure which could ascertain the style, theme and scale of the project.
Initial design concepts, timelines and costing are discussed based on the project brief. Once agreed upon, the initial agreements and contracts are formulated.
All design and specifications agreed upon are documented, signed along with terms and conditions. Advances are collected and documents for approval shall are submitted to competent authorities. Once the approvals are received work can commence on site.
Construction work commences on site based on the project program and schedule of works. The schedule of works for client’s reference is submitted during the agreement stage. We encourage our clients to visit the site whenever they please to do so. Also, we follow a policy of informing clients through either mails or other media about the progress in site work. Certain meetings on site or outside shall be conducted for approvals of certain materials. Civil, interiors and landscape works demand attention a certain time during project progress, for which the clients shall be informed at least 2-3 weeks ahead. Payments based on site work completion shall be collected, and also will be mentioned in Stage 3. Interim works completion certificate shall be issued as per the contract agreement.
